|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex Around — I recently moved into Triton Cay after visiting a friend who lives there and i love it. Everything is so well taken care of and the front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. The amenities are first class and the place looks like a fancy resort in the lobby and grounds. The heated pool is a great way to relax after a tough day. Highly recommend this place
|Recommended: YesAmazing place — This is such a wonderful place to live, and I can't speak highly enough of the staff and community. Lilly made a significant impact on my decision to move here with her helpful, kind, and understanding nature. The rest of the team is equally great, making every interaction pleasant. The residents I've met have reinforced my belief that this is a fantastic community. Additionally, the building's solid construction means I rarely hear my neighbors, which is a huge plus for apartment living, and the amenities, especially the pool and be able to stare at the ocean, is simply amazing.
|Recommended: YesAmazing Ocean Living — We joined friends for a tour of Triton Cay having no interest in moving anywhere. On that day our friends made the instant decision to move here. As we drove away in conversation we questioned why aren’t we doing this Within in a week Triton Cay was our destination. Not a day goes by that we aren’t thankful we made this decision. TC is new, modern, clean, safe, beautiful, picturesque, conveniently located, etc. Add to this the excellent management, sales snd maintenance staff. Meghan and Saleena were fantastic throughout our move in process.

|Recommended: YesUltimate Beach Experience — First off, being one of the only apartment buildings literally right on the beach in Daytona Beach Shores, this place is something else. Special shoutout to Saleena Young and Meghan Layer who specifically helped me sign up and lock everything in without any trouble. The rest of the staff I began to meet and maintenance team are all very welcoming and genuine. I moved in at the end of October 2025 and wanted to give a little time to summarize my experience, assuming it was going to flow smoothly based on my first impressions. NO complaints as they are fast to take action when you need anything. 24 H maintenance, pet friendly, month to month hosted community activities, and ALL the amenities make it all feel like an endless resort stay, having the beach as your back yard. I would highly recommend this luxury style living apartment complex to anyone who is looking to experience the full benefits of the East coast
